Gaspard Inc
Frontend work for a US liturgical apparel retailer, through their agency.
Picking up the Magento 2 work their team didn’t have bandwidth for.
On a codebase someone else maintains, native isn't a finishing touch. It's the whole brief. Every fix and feature here had to read like it always belonged.
2025
Ongoing frontend partner, through their agency.
20
Individual maker bios, plus the grid that ties them together.
19+
Tickets across header, category, product, cart, and checkout.
01
Meet the Makers
A team feature for the people who make the vestments: a 20-card grid and 20 individual bio pages, with filtering on the grid and a photo slider on each profile. The most recent piece of the engagement.
02
Lightweight apparel landing page
A seasonal landing page for Gaspard’s lightweight summer clergy apparel: a “Stay Cool. Serve in Comfort.” hero, a row breaking down why the fabrics work , and a shop-by-category section underneath. Built as a Magento CMS page, with the markup structured so search engines could read the headline instead of just seeing an image where the text should be.
03
Rewards checkout modal
A modal that intercepts guest checkout and offers a sign-in to Regal Rewards. The first pass was a quick theme-level build and review sent it back. The version that shipped was built the Magento way, so it reads like part of the store instead of something bolted on.
